Small adjustments to what you're already doing (or not doing!) can be the difference between increasing strength/range of motion/etc. and maintaining it -OR- showing up class after class and still not making progress. Come learn how to refine your poses and take your practice to the next level!

Come prepared to move and sweat! You will work hard and be challenged, but everything will be accessible to you no matter what your level of practice is.
Come prepared to fully dive into a learning experience. A notebook and pen will be provided.
